Welcome to Tempered Logic LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, as well as the various software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications and MicroSaaS tools we develop and operate (collectively, the "Services").

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Tempered Logic LLC and that you agree to these Terms. These terms apply to all current and future tools released under the Tempered Logic LLC umbrella.

1.2 Description of Service

Tempered Logic LLC provides a suite of digital tools and MicroSaaS applications designed for various technical and productivity purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any specific tool or the Services as a whole at any time without notice.

1.3 User Obligations

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials for any of our applications.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose. You specifically agree not to engage in "scraping," automated data collection, or any activity that places an undue load on our infrastructure without prior written consent.
Content Ownership: You retain rights to any data or content you upload to our tools. You grant Tempered Logic LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process this content solely to provide the functionality of the Services to you.

1.4 Intellectual Property

The software, logic, design, and branding of all Tempered Logic LLC products are the exclusive property of the Company. Your use of the Services provides you with a limited, non-transferable license to access the tools; it does not grant you ownership of the underlying software.

1.5 Subscriptions, Fees, and Payment

Subscription Model: Many of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to be billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the application's dashboard.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our MicroSaaS tools, all payments are non-refundable unless required by law or specified otherwise on a per-tool basis.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMPERED LOGIC LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR TOOLS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ACROSS ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

1.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wyoming.
